View HTML Source

Have you ever seen a Web page and wondered "Hey! How did they do that?"
To find out, look at the "page source" and examine how the author wrote the HTML of that page.

At this stage, it may be intimidating to look at, but just hunt for the tags with which you are familiar. As you progress, it will eventually make sense. You can save it to your computer, and make a copy of it, which you can modify. Save those modifications and then open your file in your browser to see your changes. If it's a mess, then try to figure out what you did wrong. This is a fantastic learning tool!
