CLANNAD Visual Fan Book

This book is based on the original PC game material.  It's packaged in a box that opens like a shoebox.  Also protecting the book is a clear plastic book cover with some printing on it.  The book is made as Techgian style which I have no idea what it means.  It's a common term on some of Enter Brain's books though.  This guidebook covers the characters from the game & their backgrounds & profiles as well.  The book also provides some game tips on how to get each of the girls scenarios in a timeline chart.  Most of the illustrations from the game's CGs & there are other illustrations from other sources such as ads.  Plus, it has some guest illustrations as well but not too much of it.  All illustrations are in full colour.  Like any guidebook, there is a lot of Japanese text.  Also, included is the after stories to make it complete.  Plus, small scores of the opening & ending themes with lyrics are included in the book.

If you are a fan of CLANNAD, this is a great book to own.  It's complete as it covers everything about the game & breaks it down nicely.  However, it covers the original PC version of the game & doesn't cover its anime adaptations since guidebook was published before them as well as the console ports.  I personally strongly recommend owning this book if you can get it; especially if you are a KEY fan as well.
