Based on what I skim from the manga, it seems it ends the same way as the anime series, Mahoromatic Maid Season 2: Something More Beautiful.  It has a few extra things & changes to it to make it different from the anime, which ended first before the manga.  It's mainly fights & I think Mahoro having a baby girl.  Don't take my word for it though since I can't read Japanese.
