  • Rhopalomelissa Alfken, 1926: p. 267; Type species: Rhopalomelissa xanthogaster Alfken, 1926, by designation of Sandhouse, 1943: p. 596.

  • Nomia (Epinomia) Alfken, 1939: p. 113, not Ashmead, 1899; Type species Nomia andrenoides Vachal, 1903 = Nomia andrei Vachal, 1897, by original designation.

  • Alfkenomia Hirashima, 1956: p. 33, replacement from Epinomia Alfken, 1939; Type species: Nomia andrenoides Vachal, 1903 = Nomia andrei Vachal, 1897, autobasic.
