The British Man and the Canadian

Hello I'm Philip and I'm gonna tell you a story about a British guy named Johnny and a Canadian named Bob. It all started at the airport.
"Hello, I'm cold." said John.
"Oh hello, I'm Bob." said Bob.
"No, no, my name's John." said John.
"Oh, so suddenly I'm going stupid, eh?" asked Bob
"That's not what I'm saying." said John
"What are you saying then, eh? Oh, I see, you're secret agent for the government of England?! Trying to get me in trouble, eh?" asked Bob
"No. Let's go for a donut." suggested John
"You read my mind!" said Bob loudly.
"Did I really?"
"Did you really what?"
"Read your mind?"
"You can read my mind? Wow!" said Bob
"No, no! Let's just get the donut." suggested John again.
1/2 hour later:
"Those donuts were good." said John. Then every Canadian stared at him.
"Who do you think you are, an Englishman? Those were great!" shouted Bob.
"I said who do you think you are?" he asked again.
"I don't know ... Batman." said John in sarcasm.
"Really can I have your autograph?" asked Bob.
"No! I'm not really Ba --"
"You're not? You liar! You got me all excited! Why?! Why?!"
To be continued ...
