Making CD-Audio from MP3

This is not hard at all and does not take very long. And you probably have the required software already installed on your computer. I am talking about WinAMP and/or Sonique. This is two of the players most people use to play their mp3's. Instead of having them playing the mp3 to your soundcard, they can play it to the drive as a wavefile. This wavefile can then be used in your burning software, Adaptec CD Creator e.g. In this example, I used WinAmp 2.20 and Sonique 0.95c. Most of the other players can do this as well. Just look for some audio-settings and disk wave writer.

WinAmp

Select WinAmp Preferences
First of all, run winamp and then select the preferences (one click on the upper left symbol).

Select the disk writer
Then select the diskwriter plugin in the output section. Click on close when you are done.

Launch your mp3's. You can play playlists as usual. Remember that wavefiles are pretty big files so you will need lots of free drivespace (probably something like 10 mb / minute music).

When Winamp is finished, don't forget to re-select the waveout plugin.

Sonique

Sonique Press the "Setup options" button.
From the general settings, audio, select wave disk writer.
Play your mp3's.
Reselect your soundcard when done.
