The school dedicates herself to continuing the Catholic tradition in parting knowledge and formation of young boys and girls in the virtues and characteristics of a Catholic man and woman and the development of their potential, of body, mind and spirit in order to foster a sense of vocation, of eagerness to live out the basic baptismal commitment to service. In relation to this goal, the school takes upon herself this mission.

The mission of Colegio de Santa Ana is to assist and support the students towards becoming cultured Christian Catholic Filipino men and women by providing an education which has Christian Living as the core of the academic curriculum.

An education which has Christian Living as the core of the curriculum promotes intellectual growth and values, social awareness and involvement and keep a sense of Filipino heritage and tradition rooted on the WORD OF GOD and the teaching of the church.

Through the sharing of time, talent and treasure, the students, the academic community and the staff with the participation of parents of the students, the school commits herself in the building of:

- Educated Catholic living imbibes Christian values enabling and supporting each to strengthen one another's spiritual, intellectual, social, cultural and physical growth; Catholic Filipino ideals and committing themselves and others; sharing physical and human resources with the family, school and community.

Thus, Colegio de Santa Ana becomes a center formation in the parish where the young are steeped in virtues and characteristics of an educated Christian, Catholic Filipino whose FAITH is a reality in their everyday life.
