Right now, to me, they're like the greatest band ever!! Train in Vain!! London Calling, Lost in the Supermarket!! Hateful, Wrong 'Em Boyo, Death or Glory, Rudie Can't Fail!! Know Your Rights, Car Jamming, Straight to Hell! Atom Tan and Inoculated City!
Oh man! That's just all I can say! You'll either really hear me or think I'm nuts. I've been on both sides of that fence too.
Never underestimate the power of nostalgia! Of course it'll probably only last a few days. I had similar major attacks of nostalgia with The Talking Heads and The Eurythmics about 3 years ago. It was intense at the time, like it is now, but I haven't listened to either since, and haven't had any desire to do so either...
