Picture?
Inspired by louisemallard27's notion to paint "a bunch of small boxes with intricate designs", which sounded to me like a wonderful way to spend several hours, I set to ms-paint and created this. About 2/3 of the way through I thought, "God this is ugly". And all the spirals and "hair" were ridiculously difficult. Not even primary colors could really save me, though they helped. I think I'm posting it now just to call attention to its hideousness... It's like those horrid troll dolls from the 70's. So, don't try this at home. Or something. Maybe go look at these instead.
No, I'm posting this to make the point -- to myself -- that I am committed to the doing of these and not to the results. That is why I finished it when I knew it was hopelessly ugly, and that's why I am posting it now. Please! Don't use this one for your wallpaper! Icky icky!!
