Requirements for Registration
  • 2 pcs of 2x2 picture of a child.
  • 1 pc of whole body picture of a child.
  • Parent's monthly income must not greater than 5,000 pesos.
  • Qualified age:(6-8 years old).

Note: Child applicant must comply all this requirements !
