We will not assist or be a party to any defrauding of any cable system operator . As an inducement to the dealer to sell me cable t.v. equipment I hereby declare, under the penalties of purjury, that I understand that federal law and certain state laws provide for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of cable t.v. services. I confirm that this equipment will not be used to intercept any cable t.v. signal without proper authorization from my local cable company and local officials and payment of all lawfull charges. I agree to only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws. I certify that I will not install any test aids in any cable company owned equipment or attach any test cube to any live cable system without obtaining proper autorization from local cable officials to do so.. As a further inducement to the dealer for any cost or expense which the dealer may incur as a result of my breach of the foregoing declaration. Additionally I, HEREBY DECLARE, under penalties of purjury, that any devices purchased from Seller dba ClearMaxBox; TV are not being purchased by state or federal authorities or any employees or agents of any cable company or its affiliates to be used as evidence to prosecute the seller in a court of law.

Since there is NO WAY that the cable company can find out that you are using your own equipment, since our products are completely non addressable and non detectable, it is your responsibility to tell them that you are using your own equipment.
