USPS Commemorative Stamp Club

[email protected]

The Commemorative Stamp Club existed from 1984 to 2001. For a subscription fee, members would receive nearly every commemorative stamp issued by the Postal Service along with high-quality pages to mount them on. The pages also included a short description of the stamp subject.

In 2002, the program was replaced by the American Commemorative Collection. The pages were laid out in a slightly different format, and the binders looked different, but otherwise it remained much the same.
