MATERIALS:
RED HEART Bulky Weight Yanr. This was made
using Light & Lofty brand 100% acrylic. (6 ounces skeins)
8 oz- Antique Rose, 20 oz- Puff, 6oz-Blue
Crochet Hook N-15 (10mm) and (11 1/2mm).
GAUGE:
11 sts= 7"; 6 rows= 7" using both hooks.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.
SPECIAL ABBREVIATION:
v-st= (dc, ch1, dc) all in next st or sp.
With smaller hook and Rose color , ch93.
Row 1- (Right Side) Dc
in 4th ch from hook and in each ch across;
turn - 91 sts.
Row 2- Ch 3, skip first
dc, dc in next dc and in each dc across
to turning ch; yo and draw up a loop in top of turning ch, yo and draw
yarn through 2 loops, with Puff color you and draw through
remaining 2 loops- color change made; turn.
Row 3- With larger hook and Puff color,
ch 3, skip first
dc, dc in next dc, skip next dc, * v-st in next dc **<
skip next 2 dc; rep from * to last 3 sts, end at **; skip next dc,
dc in next dc, dc in top of turning ch; turn.
Row 4-Ch-3, skip first dc, dc in next dc, *v-st
in next ch-1 sp;
repeat from * to last 3 sts; skip dc of v-st, dc in next dc, dc in top
of ch-3; turn.
Row 5 and 6: Repeat Row 4, changing to Antique Blue
at end of Row 6.
Row 7- With smaller hook and Antique
Blue, ch3, skip
first dc, * dc in next 2 dc, dc in ch-1 sp; repeat from * to last 3 sts;
dc in next 2 dc, dc in top of ch-3; turn.
Row 8- Repeat Row 2.
Rows 9-12: Repeat Rows 3-6 EXCEPT change to
Antique rose at end
of Row 12.
Rows 13 and 14: With Antique Rose, rep Rows 7
and 8.
Repeat Rows 3-14 twice more. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
