Hi! I'm Rita, the guardian of Rittieland. Before introducing more about myself, I would just like you to know why I have constructed Rittieland.
I have been living in a prosperous cosmopolitan city for nearly 18 years. Though the city is a so-called "peaceful" city- no wars, no battles...however, I feel that the city is not as "peaceful" as it seems to be. Though there are no wars and battles, there are still cases of all sorts of murders or suicide or theft and so on reported by the newspaper and the TV news report everyday. So then, how could this be a peaceful city?
From now and then, I am encountering more and more people from different backgrounds in the society, and thus begin to know more about the society which I lived in. The only thing I could say is the society is far more complex than I thought. Also, I have found that people are really selfish and self-centered, as they cared only for themselves and neglected those around them for most of the times or even all the time. Actually, people are having such a busy and hectic life that they never have time or bother to stop working and to think or reflect on what they have done. Do they know what's the real meaning of their lives? It seems that they have already been lost in their own world.
Experiencing God's love since the day I was born, I really want to spread this love of God to the people of this city, or even to the whole world. Therefore, I have specially created an Inspirational Corner with touching, inspiring poems and stories in Rittieland, with a hope that people would read them carefully, think about and feel the love of God for us. I hope that they will get to understand that GOD is the thing that they needed most, and not wealth nor riches. God loved the world so much that he sent his only son Jesus to the Earth 2000 years ago to die for us on the cross, in order to save us from our sins. So why are we still sitting here? Shouldn't we respond to God's love?
