How do we get paid? __There are several ways to get paid in the Melaleuca program. That's what makes it so lucrative. Whether it is simply to make some extra income or you are looking to take it full-time, this program will fit your needs. Melaleuca truly rewards it's members.

__You are automatically paid through two levels just for being a member.
When you enroll two people you're paid through three levels.
When you enroll four people you're paid through four levels. Then,
when you enroll eight people, you're paid through all seven.
There is no time limit to do this. You're also paid on every person on each level, no matter who put them there.

This is a great way to earn an additional income. With our group system, it is a given that you will be able to take advantage of all these commissions.




Business Builders

If you want to be a business builder, the goal is to become a Director. You reach the Director level when you enroll eight members into the program. That is it... There is no time limit to do this. Our goal is to help you get there quickly.
As a Director you are paid on the entire 5X7 matrix and are eligible for Director bonuses. This position is the launching point for your business. As you advance through the Director levels your income potential increases.

Additionally, you're paid 14% on all personally enrolled members. Once you enroll 12 people you're paid 17% on all personally enrolled members. Once you enroll 16 members you are paid 20% on all personally enrolled members. You are still paid 7% on your entire group. That means you can get as high as 27% commissions on all your personally enrolled members.
Also as a Director you're paid $25 for each person you enroll. As a Director II and above you're paid $50 for each person you enroll and $25 for each person they enroll. You can earn a lot of money with this bonus alone.
These first five Director levels are very obtainable in a relatively short amount of time. Our goal is to help you advance as quickly as possible. We will be there every step of the way helping you to succeed.



Highlights of the Higher Director Levels


Senior Director

You qualify for Senior Director with 5 personally enrolled Directors.
Bonuses at this level are:


  • $2,000 cash bonus or $4,000 Pacesetter Plus Bonus

  • $400 per month for a new car

  • 7% commission on all customer purchases in your organization

  • Up to 20% commission on personal enrollee�s orders

  • Share in a 1% bonus pool of all company Base Points per month

  • Additional first generation positions

  • Additional qualified Senior Director Bonuses



    Executive Director


    You qualify for Executive Director with 10 personally enrolled Directors. Bonuses at this level are:

  • $1,000 a month for one or two cars (total: $1000 a month)

  • 7% commission on all customer purchases in your organization

  • Up to 20% commission on personal enrollee�s orders

  • Share in bonus pools of 2% on all company Base Points per month

  • Additional qualified Executive Director Bonuses



    Corporate Director


    You qualify for Corporate Director with 5 personally enrolled Executive Directors. Bonuses at this level are:

  • One-time $100,000 advancement bonus

  • Monthly 2% bonus of personal enrollees� organizational volume

  • Annual 1% bonus of your total organization Base Points for the year

  • Continued monthly $1,000 Executive Director car allowance

  • 7% commission on all customer orders in your organization

  • Up to 20% commission on personal enrollee�s orders

  • Share in bonus pools up to 2% on all company Base Points per month ($30,000 at year end)



    Pacesetter and Mentoring Bonuses

    There is also Pacesetter and Mentoring Bonuses of $100, $500, $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, & $4,000 for a total of $10,600. These bonuses are paid for the first six Director advancements you make in your business. In addition, you can earn each of these bonuses again as Mentoring bonuses for every member you help advance. Example: Three people earn $10,600 each; you earn $31,800 for mentoring them. All of these bonuses and pay-outs are obtainable.
