MN Recount Lawsuit 2008-2009

The wife and I recently were discussing the lawsuit Coleman and associates filed because of suspicion that non-admittedly-partisan-democrat vote counters and canvassing team might have in effect "stuffed the ballot boxes" with the help of democrat? MN Secretary of State and his staff.

Serious charges, to be sure.

Whatever, Coleman and his supporters are correct in stating that the aggregate will of ALL the voters who voted in the 2008 Minnesota election should be fairly represented, despite the proliferation of smart-ass reviling from pro-Franken bloggers imposing their retrospective scurrilous blasphemy on internet websites. Such cruds are probably supportive of that crud of a candidate who, in one of his books, slanderously reviled Karl Rove as: "human filth."

Despite Satan's media already crowning self-appointed pseudo-"winner" Franken and stating his so-called "official certification," Governor Pawlenty wisely and righteously refused and refuses to give his official approval of gubernatorial certification to Franken until the court case initiated by Coleman is adequately resolved and thoroughly settled. Until then, weaker-sex inferior-gender Amy is the only sitting senator representing her partisan-democrat constituency in Minnesota.

To be sure, the obscene and pornographic public-portrayed mopheadedness of Coleman's wife pictured on newsprint photos and on screen is disgusting and was needless, when she could instead have appeared with that loose long hair tied back in a single back-of-head ponytail. Such indecent hairstyle surely does NOT reflect the godly desires of many truly-Christian voters who voted for anti-abortion pro-Israel Coleman!

That said, and as stated previously, the wife and I were discussing details of which ballots should count, and which should not count.

The wife advocated a stricter approach than I did pertaining to that.

She said that only those ballots should be counted on which there was one black oval filled in (not a substitutionary check mark, nor circled, nor underlined, nor a combination of whatever) per category.....in accord with the plainly-indicated directions printed on each ballot.

I, in contrast, took a more lenient approach to take into consideration the dull of mind and the goofs who did not read directions, but nevertheless indicated their probable desire as to which candidate they actually supported on their ballots. For example, concerning those ballots on which there was only one check mark for Franken (for example) but no oval filled in, one can safely assume that those voters wanted Franken. Those ballots on which only the name of Coleman was circled (for example) but no oval filled in, one can safely assume that those voters wanted Coleman. Those ballots on which the name of either of the two (but not both) candidates was underlined probably indicated support for whichever candidate's name was underlined. In the case of there being a check mark or underline for Franken and an oval filled in for Coleman (for example), the ballot would go to Coleman. In the case where an oval was filled in for Franken and Coleman's name was circled or underlined, the vote would go to Franken. In the case of a partial oval filled in for Franken but a complete oval filled in for Coleman, that ballot would go to Coleman. Those ballots on which an oval (or check mark, or underlining) was filled in or committed for both Coleman AND Franken would be disqualified and not counted.

Incidently, even though the wife took a stricter approach to determining ballot validity, and I instead took a more lenient approach, we both perfectly agreed on each condition mentioned above if a lenient approach to determining ballot validity was utilized.

In the precinct polling place where my wife voted, I distinctly remember a lot of blacks entering the voting area during the time I was there whose names obviously were not on the pre-registered listings of election officials but who were signed up on the spot by assisting election referees. It is difficult for me to accept that being allowed, and thorough investigation pertaining to possible impropriety should diligently be done pertaining to those surprise-attack extortionist-like last-minute signups.

In the precinct polling place where I voted, I remember the election referee barking out repeated warnings to those voting to only fill in one black oval per category. Will the stupid ever get it right? Why couldn't such morons and imbeciles have simply read and obediently followed plainly-stated ballot directions?

Besides the possibility of canvassing-board and other personnel and whoever double-counting ballots on their questionable-hard-drive computers, there is the possible phenomena of there being more ballots than registered-and-signed-in voters in various precinct polling places.

What should be done about that?

Frankly and honestly, knowing the type of demonic, probably-dishonest-and-illegality-prone, anti-Bush, pro-abortion, antiwar-activist, and anti-genuine-Christian voters who supported Franken with lawn signs and/or bumper stickers....in stark and opposite contrast to the type of saintly, probably-honest-and-lawfully-obedient, pro-Bush anti-abortion anti-homo and anti-evolution authentic-Christian voters who did not have Franken lawn signs and/or bumper stickers and perhaps even sported Coleman signs.....the benefit should go to Coleman's side and not to tax-payments-avoiding Franken.

Being that the names of voters were not imprinted on their secret ballots, the only logical and reasonable way to rectify that aberration of more ballots than signed-in voters per precinct is to apply my wife's strict ballot-marked requirements for valid ballots alluded to above for pro-Franken ballots in that precinct, and to apply my lenient ballot-marked allowances alluded to above for pro-Coleman ballots in that precinct.

Ballot re-counting, as a result of successful legal court appealing, should be done by respected and trustworthy, reputationally-fair-minded and impartial bonafide Christians who will honestly and courageously record the actual aggregate will of ALL those Minnesota voters who submitted ballots (absentee or in-person) during the November election of 2008.
