Japanese Fried Chicken

Soy Sauce

How to cook

  1. Peel and grate ginger.
  2. Put chicken thigh, squeezed juice of ginger and "Tare" in a plastic bag and rub well.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to half a day.
  4. Remove the green onion and green perilla from the plastic bag, add Cornstarch and rub all over.
  5. Put oil in a pan and deep fry at a low temperature of 160°C (160°F) for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 4 to 5 minutes, then deep fry at a high temperature of 180°C for 1 to 2 minutes. When they begin to turn golden brown, they are ready to be pulled up.
