Japanese Fried Chicken
Japanese Fried Chicken is a popular dinner dish. It can be rearranged many times by twisting seasonings, so it is convenient to keep it in stock.

- Chicken thigh meat
- 300g
- A pinch of ginger
- about 10g
- --------Tare--------
- Soy Sauce
- 2tablespoons
- Sake
- 1tablespoon
- Green part of green onion

- green perilla leaves

- Cornstarch
- 3tablespoons
How to cook
- Peel and grate ginger.
- Put chicken thigh, squeezed juice of ginger and "Tare" in a plastic bag and rub well.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to half a day.
- Remove the green onion and green perilla from the plastic bag, add Cornstarch and rub all over.
- Put oil in a pan and deep fry at a low temperature of 160°C (160°F) for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Let stand for 4 to 5 minutes, then deep fry at a high temperature of 180°C for 1 to 2 minutes. When they begin to turn golden brown, they are ready to be pulled up.
