Szechuan Style Bean Curd
The most popular Chinese dish is Bean Curd with Bean Paste. This recipe is addictive with just the right amount of spiciness.

- Tofu

- (B)Salad Oil

- (B)Grated Garlic

- (B)Chinese Chili Bean Sauce
- 1teaspoon
- (B)Red Miso Paste
- 1teaspoon
- (B)Bean-jam
- 1/2teaspoon
- (C)Chicken Stock
- 200cc
- (C)Shaoxing Wine
- 1tablespoon
- (C)Pepper
- a little
- (C)Soy Sauce
- 2tablespoons
- (C)Oyster Sauce
- 1teaspoon
- Cornstarch
- as needed
- Chili Oil
- 1teaspoon
- Sichuan Pepper

How to cook
- Put the ground meat in the frying pan and fry it, stretching and cutting it with a spatula. When the juices begin to run, add (A) and stir-fry while tossing.
- Cut tofu into desired size. Put in enough water to soak the tofu, add salt and turn on the heat.
- In a separate pan, add (B) and stir-fry over low heat. When fragrant, add (C) and ground meat.
- Add tofu and leeks and saute lightly. Add water-soluble cornstarch, thicken and serve.
