The pH Miracle on Coast To Coast AM

The body depends on alkalidic blood.  All sickness can be attributed to acid.  Acid causes the breakdown of cell DNA.  As with fish, having the right pH level is important to health for mammals.  For us, a normal range is up to 8.4.

You have more energy.
One of the great things about having a healthy, alkaline diet is that you don’t have to sleep as long — four-to-six hours, and quality hours with better dreams at that.  “Addictive,” you feel the drop immediately when you start eating acidic foods.  Alkalidic foods are banned in animal racing — the animals have more energy; it’s ruled “unfair” that they’re faster, even though the speed’s due to them being healther.

The damage of stress is due to acid:

Overthinking produces acid?  Yes.

When you use your muscles—when you move, blink, think, acid is being released.

Acids have everything to do with positive ions; positive ions are damaging to the internal body.

You have to open up the channels of elimination, such as persperation and urination.

Late-cell acidosis is when the body is out of alkalide reserves, and has to push the toxicity into the tissues—the muscles, the skin, etc.  It slows, stops the production of stem cells.  You can tell by the condition of the skin, that acid has been wearing away the tissues.

Byproducts:

Vinegar is a byproduct of fermentation, and an acid that causes brain damage.

Sugars are acidic—especially glucose, simple sugars.  Fructose is a neurotoxin.

Glucose is a byproduct.  It is a stimulant in the sense that the body is trying to get rid of it.

The body does not run on sugar, it runs on electrons via alkalidity.

Arterial plaque is chelated acid; antibodies are a chelaters; white blood cells are janitors.

Neusea is a deficiency of alkalidity in the gut.

Morning sickness is a neusea caused by the added need (reproduction) of alkaline blood.

There is an increased apetite for the purpose of nutrient intake, particularly alkalidic foods.

Viruses are different forms of crystalized acid.  It’s not the snake bite that kills, it’s the venom.

The American diet is an acidic diet:

Meats, oils.  (And now I know why acidic sauces are distasteful—their harmful.)

Nitric acid: animal protein does not liquify.  Obesity is an acid problem.

Sodas contain: carbonic acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid.

Fighting cancer with sodium-bicarbonate (NaHCO3), the main component of baking soda:

Cancer is acidic, and enough that alkalidic reserves produce a spike in pH in the advent of metastasis.

Sodium-bicarbonate: produced by water, salt and CO2.

HCl acid in the stomach is a byproduct of the digestion process of making sodium-bicarbonate.

Aluminum-free sodium-bicarbonate is inexpensive, also provided by Redmill.

Water:

Alkalized water: a pH of 9.4/9.5.

Acidic/ionized water (pH under 7, usu. 2-3) can be used to improve circulation.

Blood cells have a negative charge, and acidic water has a positive charge.

Used on the surface only (don’t drink it), acidic water doesn’t burn.

Neuropathy is caused by certain loss of circulation.

Animals, when they have a choice, will stay away from bottled and tap water—to a degree, acidic.

Food options, tips:

Low-glycemic index fruits, flax, kale, collared greens, grasses—the greener the better.

Good fats, natural sea salt.

Salt in moderation is healthy and necessary for water absorption.  Too much causes retention, but retention requires a magnitude in the order of grams not miligrams.

The alternative to vinegar is lemon.

Celery is a good source of salt.

The fish contain omega-3 fatty acids, which help in stem cell production.

You have to give up high-sugar fruits, which include: pears, bananas, oranges.  There is a reason why fillers have been added to certain oils and fruit juices: an acid is an acid.
