Talk about no information voters: Barbara Walters on The View, are you worried about your health care plan going away, with audience, No.

“If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan, period.”  And, “You can keep your doctor.”  Obama in 2009.  Yeah, he lied.

AP: Hollywood stuntman-turned-director Hal Needham, 82, died Friday.  The family spokesman declined to give a cause of death.

Needham did everything a world-class TV and feature film stuntman did, but went a step further.  Not only did he leap off cliffs, towers, planes, dealt with boulders, but he also invented devices to make stunts safer yet more spectacular.  Needham is responsible for the effect or two where an actor’s sent into the air, while an explosion appears inescapable.

With the scars to prove himself and a sunny outlook, the effects craftsman would tackle directing head-on.  I can go back and fall on my head any time, he told an interviewer in 1979.  Among his adrenaline-pumping action films were Smokey and the Bandit and Cannonball Run.

Despite the fancy for gold chains and medallions, people close to Hal Needham described him as a modest, plain-spoken man.  During interviews, he even asked to be forgiven for a little “braggadocio” with his Hollywood tall-tales, like the time he taught John Wayne how to throw a punch.

It wasn’t until 2012 that Needham won an acheivement award for his work, given that the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences has no award for stunts.  He received a Governor’s Award, where he was cited as “an innovator, mentor and master technician who elevated his craft to an art and made the impossible look easy.”

Who’s responsible for the partial govt. shutdown?  Valerie Jarret.

Valerie Jarret told Obama, you want to win the election next November, you want the Ds to win, then you shut down the government.  And so he did, for 15 days.  Right-wing extremists, domestic abusers, terrorists — he and the media called the GOP, Ted Cruz every name under the sun.  And then, all of the sudden, things are peachy.  It’s one thing to call your opposition extortionists, hostage takers, and another to do absolutely nothing compromise-wise after pushing through laws that… can’t work.

And those who believe what they read bought into the lies.

Identity theft risk at the least, race and social security numbers up front for nothing but a form.  Once done, asked to register to vote.  The Obama-care sign-up software is so flawed, ameteurish, that the few people that signed up couldn’t get on.

A term of pride.
The history of the name “Red Skins” came from a Sioux suggesting the name, for courage, bravery, etc.— to paint your face red, stupid.

How dishonest has the media gotten?  Refusal to correct the language of total shutdown by GOP, no progress.  “I’ll print whatever I want to print.”  Until going out of business, of course.  Sad: no one expected the press to get it right when it came to Miriam Carrey running through a checkpoint— assumed that she was the one firing shots.
