Cabbage town, Atlanta. 
A historic town built to accomodate the workers at the closed Fulton Cotton Mills, which was infamous for the 1999 fire in which a crane operator was rescued by helicopter over the heated flame closing in. The rescue was nationally televised and covered by the media.
