First, an introduction to the creator behind this categorized insanity.  There actually IS a Dania of DaniaSpeak and I am she.

My name is Tippi, and my adopted mom, Dania, rescued me when I was just barely 1 day old.  My real mom, a wolf named Sky, belonged to someone who let her get really sick.  I was the only pup to be born alive, and I was in pretty rough shape myself. Dania took Sky & me away and got us to her vet when she saw how sick we were.  (And THANK YOU!!! Dr. Bailey at Vicksburg Animal Medical Clinic in Vicksburg, Mississippi, for making emergency calls at 3:00 a.m.!!!)
Unfortunately, even though Dr. Bailey did everything he could for my wolf Mom, Sky was too sick to recover, and passed away despite everyone's best efforts. But I know she was finally able to be happy and at peace, knowing that I now had a safe home and would be taken care of for the rest of my life.
And while it is true that they are usually a very independent and head-strong species, Dania
was relatively easy to train.  It's really nice having a pet human.

Tippi was less than a week old in this photo.  That's Urple Cat snuggled up next to her, another rescue.
If you can't tell from the picture, Tippi was small enough to fit in the
palm of my hand.

LAP WOLF
Tippi & me not long after I moved. I slept on a sofa bed with a cover-stealing, bed-hogging wolf for 6 months.  This is why you should listen to your parents and major in ANYTHING other than liberal arts.
Tippi & I often take a road trip to go visit my parents.  She loves riding in the car, especially with the top down (she even has a special doggie-seatbelt harness).  But what she REALLY loves is the bayou.  She would swim in a puddle!

However, the real story here is the wolf.

Her name is Tippi and she is my creative muse, my constant companion,  steadfast consoler & a ruthless bed hog.

I'll let her tell our story and then I can get on with more pictures of DaniaSpeak Days.

WOLF SMILE

Of course other canine species can be happy, but wolves actually have a "Wolf Smile".  The corners of their mouths turn upwards just like the mouths of humans do!
Yep, that's a pretty happy wolf.
