Dark Eldar Sniper Squad - A new Dark Eldar Troop choice

Introduction:
All dark eldar are good marksmen with BS4. At first glance it would seem that the Dark Eldar would have little use for snipers in Commorragh. Successful Archons however would see the value of snipers
on the battlefield for disrupting the enemy and sowing confusion. Their value would be in creating a diversion to allow the rest of the army to close with enemy units to take slaves.

Take the core warrior and equip them for the sniper role. Mandrakes would be good from an infiltration standpoint but their forte is HTH combat. Perhaps half-breed mandrakes could be recruited as snipers?
Alternately, Snipers could be chosen from dark eldar warriors that demonstrate stealth and marksmanship on the battlefield.

Squad upgrades:
Splinter rifle may be swapped for Sniper rifle at 5 pts per model.
Two Sniper rifles may be equiped with Stinger Ammo at 5 pts per model.

Sniper rifle:  36"
Range, hit on 2+, wound on 4+, AP6, Heavy 1

Stinger ammo
:  Any creature killed with this ammuntion explodes violently.  Place the small blast template centered over the model.  Any models under the template take a hit with Strength equal to the Toughness of the model and AP equal to the model's armor value.
Special rules:
 
  1. Infiltrate if allowed by mission
  2. Pinning - Any unit taking casualties must make a pinning check.
  3. Fleet of foot
