THE PLOT: The show starts with Thundarr, Ookla and Ariel riding through the San Fernando valley where they stumble on some Man Apes unearthing a giant gorilla mechanical body part. Their leader, Simius, talks of �the mighty one� almost being complete. His men notice the three heroes and attack.
After a brief battle of sorts, Ookla plummets off a near by cliff. Thundarr and Ariel leave the man apes to find their lost friend. It turns out Ookla is in a local village of tiny people being held captive under the assumption he is a man ape. Thundarr rescues him and tells the village�s inhabitants he is Mok. The villagers tell Thundarr of Simius�s plight to destroy their village. Thundarr and his friends decide to investigate. |

| Their trail leads them to a run down movie studio where Simius and his men are digging up another part of �the mighty one�. Another battle takes place and it sees the three getting taken captive by the man apes. Simius shows the group the �mighty one� as it�s completion commences. It proves to be a giant mechanical ape much like King Kong. He sends Thundarr and his friends to face a fire breathing dragon. |

"Listen up you Mok jag off, I'm representin' the Lollypop Guild and you best be respectin' our agreement." |

|
| Thundarr topples the dragon and he arrives back in the small people�s town to defend against �the great one�. This proves futile seeing �the mighty one�s� strength is much too powerful. Thundarr and company leave the city to regroup the forces while Simius celebrates victory. Thundarr and company discover an old WW2 fighter plan and with a little of Ariel�s magic get it to work. They arrive and successfully take out �the mighty one� and defeat the man apes. |
