Local Fire Dept Visits the Davis Homes Library!!!
October is Safety and Fire Prevention Month.
On Oct. 13th the local Fire substation sent out a firetruck and some
firemen to talk to the kids and promote fire safety.
The kids took turns reading to the firemen and then asked them
questions about calling 9-1-1.

Afterwards we all headed out to take a closeup look at the
firetruck and learn how things worked.
