Polaris. He rejoined the team when Polaris was possessed by Malice. He later became the
leader of the new X-Factor. He left the team when his powers lost control and was captured
by the Dark Beast. He claimed that he wanted to break free of all control and formed his
own mutant group, the Brotherhood. He seemingly died in an explosion but was transported
to another dimension and became the leader of the Six. In the mainstream reality, he was
found to be comatosed and is now returned to the X-Men.
