"I am going to count quickly from ten to one, and this time, you are going to relax your body, automatically, in the order that we'd done it before, where at ten, you relax your feet; nine, you legs; eight, you neck, back, chest and stomach muscles; seven your arms, hands and fingers; six, you'll feel like you're floating down on a cloud; five, your feet and legs feel wonderful just the way they are; take a deep breath; four, your neck, back, chest, and stomach, as well as arms, hands and fingers all feel wonderful just the way they are; three, you'll feel like you're floating down even further than you've ever gone before; two, more relaxed, and one, you'll take a second deep breath and this time, you'll say your key word for relaxation in your mind, and you will zoom into untold depths of relaxation and pleasure.

Ten...nine...eight...seven...six...floating farther down, and only hearing my voice...five...take a deep breath and exhale any time you want...four...three...two...one...take a second deep breath....QUID (or whatever their key word is)..."

Test hypnotisability with a visual imagery, but in time, you can skip that part, too.
