Dear President Medvedev:
You understand the importance of playing roles by the rules.
Order exudes safety. Chaos creates pain and suffering. I
can prove that there is a double-cross in the midst that is involving a
third-party that is placing all of us, China, Russia, the USA, and
others, against each other while they set up supply chains for Opium,
Guns, and Money. These people replicated a unique viral weapon,
they have done this repeatedly several times that can now be tracked by
computer logistics set into human computational communications, and
these people are caught.. For the sake of international diplomacy
at a level you have never seen in your lifetime, this letter reveals
everything I have done to get into this game so that I can save the
honor of all of us.
My name is David Brager, and I am a US Citizen who went to the US
Marine Corps in November, 2006 as a civilian. I'm a computer geek
in Washington State that, through my research, found a way to prove
that the USA is under attack from a mammothly engineered double-cross,
but the logic for their attack was not original. In discovering
the source of their logic, I have spent the past 21 months building a
case. These people are using disharmony in management as a weapon
against this nation, and as these people are in our US Administration,
I took my time to build the strongest case possible.
As you understand roles, you understand that you only get ONE chance at
being NEW. When you go from a nobody to a newbody, the more stuff
that you can toss onto the fire once it is burning, the brighter that
fire can be all at once.
What I bring you is a new communications entertainment field using a
foundation that I built all the tools myself and put the foundation
into the public domain in 2003 because those Terror Meters utilize
Neuro-Linguistic Programming on the general public. The reason
why no one know anything universally about hypnosis is because in the
1930's, a series of policies took place by these same White House
Putsch people, and they were caught back then by Major General Smedley
Butler. My grandmother always would say, "Fool me once, shame on
you..." and you know the rest.
I found a computer-grade puzzle in the book of Matthew. Growing up
Jewish, I'd never read the book, but the puzzle revealed three tools
and two quests, and a very strong argument that demanded to be
championed that a hand tool, without any other books, burdens, or
leadership, was edited into an uncommissioned Torah. The first
edited rule was DO NOT LIE. This alone would warrant a
Constitutional Convention, but luckily, I can prove (based on tools
imprinted on the back of every US $1 bill) that the founding fathers
knew this argument was forthcoming, which is why Thomas Jefferson built
the only loophole in history at the top of the Declaration of
Independence. Everything is Under God. Why? Because
they knew that someday, Judaism was going to challenge the Torah and
discover a tool that is infinitely wiser.
I'm wondering if you can suggest a good place to reveal a discovery
that is going to permanently impact human history, create new
employment, and change the shape of humankind forever? I've
already been printed in UFO Digest.
In my research, I discovered the gravest double-cross in history, and
in such situations, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. To this
end, FBI, CIA, FEMA, Homeland Security, and the USMC are all up on what
I'm about to do. I just need some idea where to do this.
How would you like to see all of Islam lay down their weapons?

did the other for HONOR, because I have to humble the President of the
United States of America. I can prove that this sorry sad sack of
shit, his father and brothers, and his whole pack of Yale wolves LOSE
THEIR CITIZENSHIP, all assets, and their lives.
Paul Rosenweig of Homeland Security is the real hero here. He
left me alone to do this, and I do not even get credit, for the only
minimum standard that I could logically attempt to get to absolutely
happen is to get the Greek Embassy, in witnessing the delivery of these
tools to teach the whole world how these authors of these books are
looking at us NOW while we're 2000 years in their future, and see
something in our future so horrifying, this member of my mom's family
had to ask for Crucifixion, I did everything I could to get this
project completed so that these tools arrive early. I don't want
to see whatever it is that he sees in our future.
Using viral logistics, I can prove that one hundred years before
Hitler, Skull and Bones replicated the viral signature of the Torah, as
analyzed from the base of Sinai to Crossing the Red Sea, so that the
most memorable part of this fiction is at the end, and thus, as you
analyze the base of Sinai, there are three things that have never
happened in human civilization, anywhere in time, using international
law, occupational communications, and computer logic, and from this,
these people have replicated the logic of a weapon they did not invent,
but the hand tool allows something new.
The hand tool allows people to signal when one feels one has endured
enough torture. Gee, that would have made for an easier
workload. There would never have been slavery, ever in human
history. Had we arrived with this hand tool, Jews would have
assimilated. There would never have been Jews, but the world
would have had peace.

I have tackled world peace in just 48 hours because, with the hand
tool, we discover that there's a swarm of people, probably less than 1%
of 1% of the population of the planet, that violate six of eight rules
to reality. These people are infected with a logical virus that, as you
track their behaviors through time, is as if of one intellect spanning
centuries.
We have our first case of War of the Worlds, and this is Judaism's one
shot at international redemption, so I did not miss this for the
world. This took several years to set up, and everyone in the
Government that needed to know what I'm doing I've faxed or emailed,
like Madam Chief of Police in NYC, as well as Hal Turner, Don Black,
Cornell West, and a ton of others, for We the People have been
double-crossed.
I had to come to everyone as a US Citizen and level the playing field
with no bullshit and the full delivery of a set of discoveries to
technology built into all humans, but I have to relate that the reason
you need to learn all you can is that you'll instantly discover a bunch
of ruthless assholes who, over the course of their infestation, did a
series of policies in their 175 year viral attack on the US so as to
make the US Government fail. They give bad advice as a team, and
as you track it, they made the Civil War so they could sell weapons and
opium.
With this tool, everyone judges everyone, and from now on, there are no
other rules and no leaders. The hand tool is a barrier between
fantasy and reailty, hypnosis is computational logic in standard
human language, and remote viewing is the ability of the mind to track
the movements of logic from belief systems through matter and time into
our space. We were attacked as a planet and dumbed down several
thousand years. We have technology sitting dormant that is beyond
our current technologies by several thousand years.
Just as a Torah usurps the powers of the hand tool, so did their attack
usurp the powers of the US Constitution. We have motive, method,
and timeframe. President Andrew Jackson closed their first US
Bank in 1833, the very year they began their attack. However, as
you track them with the hand tool through time, you discover that they
function as if networked, and there's no way. We've only had the
internet for thirty years. These people function as if of one
intellect, and their values are moving at the same time.
We always assumed that computer virus programmers were assholes.
We never considered that they were actually already infected by logical
viruses, and these viruses are intelligent if your values let you LIE
& SCAPEGOAT & DISHONOR & TORTURE & STEAL & KILL, or
make your subordinates do such things. These are INHUMAN values,
and this administration represents these values. The only problem
is, the US Marine Corps does not, and they are responsible for
protecting the honor of the nation, so to give the Marines the tools by
which to fix this situation, if you will use this hand tool, and signal
to your marines that you have endured enough torture at the hands of
this administration, they will kill an infected administration for you.

The hand tool is for instant judgment and wisdom based on our mutual
design. Please take everything you know about the internet and
then look at civilization. People are intelligent data packets
moving values through time. The argument is a hand tool of two
commands and eight rules was turned into a Torah, and using viral chaos
logic, this weapon has been replicated against the USA. I need
people to look at these tools of great judgment, so that all can judge
all, and then look at this administration.
The hand tool is an error channel wordless signaling system for a
reduced instruction set. Label left thumb "One system for all"
and right thumb "Treat everyone as you want to be treated." Label
fingers, from left index to right, across the palms, LIE, SCAPEGOAT,
DISHONOR, TORTURE, STEAL, OVERWORK, ADULTERATE, KILL. Please
reset this portable decision computer by making two fists. Low
order nybble on right hand. In 100 years, no one remembers
violations of the right hand. High order nybble on left
hand. In 1000 years, no one forgets the violations of the left
hand. The question is, "To make this next decision, will I or
anyone ever have to..." Signal 1 for yes. Notice, if even a
single finger raises, the thumb, instinctively, lowers. If you
break any rule, you also break the corresponding system command.
This is a tool for judging each decision, and all two thumbs up
decisions are so wise, you never need to remember them. This
decreases time between decisions, allowing the human mind to function
as a more efficient CPU. The tool also works for juding the
errors of others so that one can track chaos makers in a field of time.
The tool to teach how to see through time using three storytellers has
a template: the Great Seal of the US, and the full argument against the
torah is encrypted on the back of every US $1 bill. That's not a
pyramid. That's a road down a triangular corridor. Using
your mind's eye, take movies, stories, or other sources laid parallel
from start to finish around your pathway, if you see something common
in all three stories, that exists somewhere in space-time. This
will build a time-line memory system, and in time, it becomes second
nature.
The tool to teach advanced hypnosis suggestions require more basic
understanding. I'm trying to put my book, The Future's Toolkit,
into the Public Domain because those so-called "Terror Meters" induce
post-traumatic stress disorder, and it's that's unforgivable.

teach this to their kids so that mind control fears disappear as
civilization gets a well deserved miracle.

miracle, so I decided to play the world as a computer game using these
tools so that people could effectively judge the tools for gaming in
real life as well as judge me to see if they find my approach to system

tears streaming down her face, related all this to the Israelis for me
this spring. I am eternally grateful.
Skull and Bones' White House Putsch began their attack on the world in
1833, the very year that President Andrew Jackson closed their first US
Bank. They used the only viral weapon on the planet in
1833. They replicated the logic of the Torah as it usurps the
hand tool, so did they to the US Constitution, and they are playing
with a weapon that is so frightening, Jesus had to ASK for crucifixion
so that this message would arrive early so to save the world AGAIN
Jesus Christ is a TITLE that was earned by ELIJAH, and the only way for
me to be sure that he achieves a second coming of a title was for me to
make sure that the Greek Embassy was informed. I primed the Greek
Embassy on 19 December 2007, Mount Arafat Day, as all of Islam fortold
that a great judgment would begin on that day, and once you learn about
time view, if you fulfill prophesy, what you are actually doing is
using time-view effectively, for while there are infinite
possibilities, there is only one outcome, and whoever acts fastest
makes history. These are pathways of LEAST RESISTANCE. If
you see a prophesy that looks like your corridor, make it real, and its
outcomes will become history.
Once the Torah is removed, the hand tool comes into play, and Judgment
Day is complete, then everyone gets to do what Jesus can do. The
tools are in all copies of the Gospels. People carried this
message until we were intelligent enough to see the intellect revealed
into our own hands.
I have hacked the matrix. I've been able to get "water into wine"
working, and I believe I have "raising the dead" based on personality
replacement down pat. I want to see if we can get the matter
transference system working, for if we really can do fishes, loaves,
and raising the dead, then this really is Heaven, and then, what's the
point of WAR? I had an article published in January, in BrooWaha
Los Angeles, entitled, "Raising Heath Ledger." I tapped the
system, and found the keys to heaven. This stuff should help us
find MIA's, for you can ask the collective to go and get anyone's
personality from all of time.
This administration's undergroup is notorious as giving bad advice as a
team and setting factions against factions so as to create wars.
These issues in Georgia and China are consistent with these
disharmonization patterns. We cannot let the villains from this
Animal House fraternity march this band down the narrow alley and into
the wall. We can see that's what they're doing, and the time has
come for us to raise a call to the Marines to stop the parade. As
Joshua put it in War Games, "The only way to win is not to play."

from Mogilov to the USA before the revolution was even in dream.
