Cube Steak with Onions
Ingredients
4-5 Cube Steaks
1 large onion
7-8 Garlic Cloves
1 large green bell pepper
Adobo
Vinegar
Cooking Oil
Procedure:
- Clean cube steaks with vinegar.
- Season the cube steaks with Adobo (to taste) on both sides.
- Peel and cut large onion in slices.
- Peel and mince garlic cloves.
- Cut green bell pepper in slices.
- Place cube steaks on large fying pan.
- Place minced garlic, green bell peppers and onions slices in frying pan.
Normally, I place some of the minced garlic, green pepper, and onions
on top of the cube steaks.
- Add enough cooking oil to cover 1/4" height from the bottom of the frying pan.
- Turn heat to medium low.
- Cover pan with lid and let cube steaks cook for approximately 20-25 minutes
(or until steaks are well cooked on both sides).
