Cheese Cake





Ingredients
2 cups and 4 teaspoons of Presto or Swan Down flour (cake flour) � lb. of butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract � cup of sugar 2 eggs 10 � oz. of guava paste (need to cut into small slices) 8 oz. of cream cheese (need to cut into small slices) � cup of milk Procedure: - Cream together the butter with the sugar. - Add eggs, vanilla, and flour. - Add milk. The mix must have a consistency of a cake mix. If needed, add more milk to achieve required consistency. - Pour half of the mixture on baking pan previously greased and floured. - Put the guava and cream cheese slices over the mixture. - Pour remaining mixture over the guava and cream cheese to cover them. - Bake at 350�F until it is golden brown. - Check with knife to see if cake is ready. If knife doesn't come out clean, continue baking and check cake with clean knife every 5 minutes until cake is ready.
