Doppelsoldner Cybertank
Paneurope's second and last cybertank took the basic Fencer concept (main turret and missile racks) and added eight secondary batteries to create a cybertank that was poweful not only at long range, but close by as well. The missile racks were also rearranged to carry fewer missiles, but fire more at a time. Only the North American Mk. VI was more powerful.
