Frux

Classification:
Low-level living creation

Other names:
(none)

Description:

Frux are large, bulky, slow creatures that resemble bears. They are covered in fur and are usually used for guard duty, seeing as how they cannot chase down prey as easily as a barghest.

Frux mainly attack using their claws, standing up and then falling down while slashing their prey at the same time. Their teeth are largely for show but can still cause injury -- so please don't try to feed them.

While relatively slow,  they are capable of keeping pace with a human being for short distances. They will often conserve their energy for unusually fast charges.
