| Giant Classification: Mid-level living creation Description: Giants are large, ugly, human-like creatures. Each giant looks different, although an unattractive quality seems to be universal. Most are at least ten feet tall. Giants will often use their natural surroundings to get weapons. Uprooting a tree to use as a club or hurling large rocks are common tactics. Besides their strength, giants are also notable for their intelligence. Despite their appearance, giants are quite intelligent -- at least by monster standards. Often, giants will be given more freedom than other monsters and allowed to command lesser beings in battle. While this control is not magical, they essentially serve as traditional commanders in battle and make life easier for the Old Order wizards. Giants can also speak; they are often used as the spokesperson of an Old Order army if the wizards do not wish to do the negotiations in person. |
