The Jewelbox is an exercise to create a gold foil covered jewelbox
with a few trinkets in the compartments using HTML and graphics files
available on this site in the Graphics section. It does not use any
graphics programs to alter the graphics files.
This puzzle uses tables within table cells to further organize the backgrounds and cell contents. It doesn't display the same on Internet Explorer as on Netscape, and the Netscape version is the more attractive one. It also uses align="center" and valign="center" to center things horizontally and vertically as needed. Last update: January 14, 2000
