I believe the 1st effect is like a "built in waboku" effect. Just to
make things CLEAR it says
"goes to the Cemetery during Battle" NOT to be confused w/ "goes to the graveyard as a result of battle". Which means it's 2nd effect doesn't ACTIVATE
unless your opponent play a Quick-play magic/trap
during battle
