Interview with Autumn of www.Autumnsparadise.com

How old were you when you first saw a muscular woman ... how did it make you feel?

  • I have seen a lot of muscular woman in magazines and on television but actually up close and personal not until I was about 24. I met Lynea Brehm at my first ever bodybuilding show which I was a spectator at in British Columbia. I thought that she looked absolutely awesome and from that point on I have been training hard to eventually compete in a few years. It is quite the rush when you see women and men in this top physical condition.

When did you first begin lifting weights... was it your goal to become as muscular as you are now?

  • I first started lifting when I was 23 and my goal was to just put on some muscle. After a few months in the gym my muscles were getting bigger and bigger and I knew that this was a good sport for me and one I could excel at.

Have you ever competed in a bodybuilding or weightlifting competition? Do you plan to in the future?

  • I have not competed in a bodybuilding show as of yet but I think I would like to try in the future. It is the whole diet thing that worries me. I love food too much.

Who (in the female bodybuilding world) do you most admire and why?

  • Denise Masino is the one who I admire most for the way she has made an impression in the bodybuilding world through her magazines, videos and website. She has taken female muscle worship, admiration and sensuality to an all new level. I have modeled my professional life around alot of her ideas. Physique wise, I have to pick Lenda Murray as my favorite female bodybuilding for her shape and symmetry.

Who (in the adult entertainment world) do you admire most and why?

  • When I was a waitress in a nudie bar there was a woman who came in to feature, Jane Jones is her name and she would have to be my mentor in this business. The shows and outfits she used absolutely blew my mind. From that moment on I said to myself, "if I ever venture into the world of exotic dancing I would love to be like that."

How have your friends and family reacted to your muscularity?

  • My family has always supported me in all my endeavors and they are proud of me in whatever I choose to do. They are happy if I am happy plus, they get a kick out of my muscles whenever we go out because of people's reactions. My friends think I look great and should keep it up.

How has being muscular changed your life?

  • I am a lot more confident with myself. I think that being bigger than the average girl makes people do a double take when looking at me and I think it is pretty cool. I have a ton of people asking me a million questions about bodybuilding and what to eat etc. and I feel very privileged when the attention is brought to me. I am always willing to give out pointers and I know that people appreciate that. On a negative note, I can't fit into women's pants and have to shop in the men's section because of the size of my legs :)

How has being muscular helped your career? Have you found that men respond (i.e. tip) more now than before?

  • I stand out in a crowd being muscular and this brings alot of curiosity to people of both sexes. Alot of men talk to me about the whole bodybuilding thing and I do change a lot of opinions in regards to this. They see the women and men compete on stage and think they look gross. The thing they don't understand is that in competition form you are so depleted that you look really lean for judging purposes. When a person is not competing they still look big but that really vascular look has been toned down to looking "normal" again. Some guys hate my muscular look and some guys are totally infatuated with it. Everyone has different tastes and I know I appeal to some and that is all good.

What were you like as a child? Were you the "delicate little flower" or a total "tomboy"?

  • When I was little I was skinny, loved playing sports, ballet class, piano, track and field and anything that involved activity. I never weighed over 100 lbs until I started bodybuilding. Now at 155 or so I am the biggest ever. I was a little princess when I was little, a grease monkey working on cars and engines in my father's garage when I hit my teens and then when I discovered boys everything changed. I loved boys and eventually girls too.

What is your favorite part about being muscular? Least favorite part?

  • I love being muscular because with that comes a certain amount of respect from other people. There is an intimidation factor that also comes with being big that I get a kick from. Some guys get totally freaked out when they see me and think I am going to beat the shit out of them just because. It is funny really, I don't mind. My least favorite part of being muscular would have to be buying clothes. They just never fit right. I don't know what kind of woman can fit into a size zero because it really is tiny. As mentioned before, I have to buy a lot of guys clothes so they fit right. My size smalls have changed to large or extra large just because of my back.

What types of guys (or girls) do you date?

  • I love all types of girls and guys.

Have you ever surprised anyone with your strength... including yourself?

  • Yup!! It amazes me sometimes at the weights I can lift.

Have you ever done a private muscle worship or wrestling session? Did you have fun?

  • No. Who knows what the future holds though? I do have a lot of people inquiring about it all the time.

How did you get involved in dancing and adult entertainment?

  • I moved from Ontario to British Columbia and started the dancing career here. It has always been something that I thought I could do and wanted to try and see if it was my thing. I applied at a club for a waitressing position and they told me about dance class and they thought I would do good. I think that part was just a line:) I tried it the next day, made $400 and realized that this would be my next career move. I love being a waitress and bartender but the money I make in dancing doesn't even begin to compare. I love my job even with all the ups and downs of the business. I go in, do my job and then leave. I don't get involved with all the politics.

What made you think of combining bodybuilding with adult entertainment?

  • I originally started the bodybuilding and then dancing so it all incorporated together. I just fit some strength moves into my routine to get the crowd going. They tend to get a kick out of it.

What are your favorite and least favorite parts of being an adult entertainer?

  • I love doing my feature shows. I love the fire shows, paint shows, getting guys on stage and toying with them. It is quite the rush when the crowd goes wild, starts yelling and screaming and then giving you standing ovations when your done. No this does not happen every time but when it does it really puts a huge smile on my face. The only thing that I really don't like is when push comes to shove it is all who you know to really make it to the top. I have won the Miss Nude BC title a few years back, Miss Nude Hardbody, Miss Nude Okanogan 2 yrs running and a few other little shows but to go farther as Miss Nude Canada, I am happy where I am. I am not going to jeopardize my self respect to "fuck" my way to the top so am quite content doing what I do and have made a very good name for myself.

When dancing, do you "go with the flow" or do you have a set routine?

  • It all depends on the crowd as to what set to perform to. I have about 21 costumes to choose from and it really is up to the guys what I do. If the crowd is older or younger you pick your sets accordingly. It isn't all about what your personal preference in music is. It is all about what gets the guys into your show and how they respond.

Same question about your online sessions... planned or improv?

  • I am just me and go with the flow. I think it is better to be who you are and not someone you are not. I respond to all emails and correspondence with honesty and I get farther ahead living life this way.

What do you feel men like most about your body... large muscles or large breasts?

  • Large muscles. I get more comments about the muscles and then I'm asked if my boobs are real!!

How often to guys ask you to arm-wrestle? Do you usually win, lose, or decline?

  • All the time!! I don't usually do it because it really hurts my elbows.

What are your goals in life outside of your career and physical development?

  • I would like to own my own something. I am still undecided as to what so far but I am sure that it will come to me. I love the whole bodybuilding thing so maybe a personal trainer or own my own gym. I also plan on having kids one day in the distant future:)
Do you have any interests and hobbies outside of dancing and bodybuilding (I'm just going to assume that you like hockey because you're Canadian)?
  • I love all sports but especially golf. I am doing well for just starting out and maybe the LPGA will have a spot for me down the road. Seeing that I am not home all that often I really enjoy sitting down in my living room and watching a good flick with my pets.

What is the one thing is life that you enjoy more than anything else (other than answering these questions!)?

  • The one thing in life that means more to me than anything is spending time at home with my family and friends. I really don't get to stay home that often so when I do I try to take advantage of it.

What are your measurements and statistics?

  • biceps: 15 1/4"
  • chest: 38 D
  • waist: 29"
  • thighs: 23"
  • calves:15"
  • height:5.5"
