Since things seem a bit quiet here (and I haven't
posted anything for awhile), I thought that I would
tell you guys about another episode (strange but
totally true) with the "library muscle woman" that I
had been seeing. My previous stories about this woman
are still on this board somewhere and you should be
able to find them if you want. I have quite a few
stories to tell but just have not had the time to post
them. Also, my computer "fried" but that is another
story. This story has a strange twist and a
"challenge" to it as you will see. Every time I see
the library woman, her muscles seem bigger, thicker,
harder and more vascular than before (she is really
hitting the weights hard so she told me). Even though
she is older than me, she has really taken somewhat of
an interest in me and loves to compare her muscle
development and strength with mine (which is no
contest and she knows it). All of the other guys she
knows are "scared" to compare with her, but I think
that it's kind of cool. Anyway, about a month ago, I
decided to stop by the library and see how she was
doing and maybe go to lunch on her lunch hour. I
called her up just to see if she was going to be
around the next day (my day off) and when she
answered, she said that she would be and that we
should "do lunch". I said "great", and then before
she said goodbye told me to be sure to "wear something
sleeveless so that I can see that big muscle of yours"
(she had previously told me that she loving the "look"
of a guy with very small muscles that went
sleeveless). I told her "no problem" since I don't
even own a shirt with sleeves and that I was ready for
another armwrestling match with her so that I could
see just how much stronger and thicker that muscle of
hers had gotten since the last time! She just loved
hearing this and we both hung up.

I stopped by around
11:30 and had on another one of
my sleeveless muscle sweaters that I had bought.
Since the weather is quite warm here, I have seen a
lot more guys wearing them, all with small muscles
like mine. Perhaps they have realized that these
shirts really make it easy to ask a woman to arm
wrestle since they are clearly willing to do so if
they know that their muscle is bigger than yours.
Anyway, I walked into the library and asked where
Sandi was. The girl behind the desk said, "Hi,
Sleeveless (they all know me now), she is in the
‘reference' section moving some shelves around and she
was almost done last time I looked". I said "thanks"
and then the girl said with a smile and laugh, "By the
way, those are 50 pound shelving units she is moving
and she's moved about 20 of ‘em - her muscles are all
pumped-up and bulging out all over the place - you
better treat her nice or she'll hurt you!!!!" As I
went back to the reference section, I saw her move
those shelves and I was awestruck! She was wearing a
very feminine light blue flower-print shirt with a
collar. The shirt was sleeveless with a lace trim (or
something that looked like it) around the arm holes.
The shirt had very high arm holes that exposed her
entire arm, shoulder, and a large part of her pecs.
As she moved that stuff, I watched her bicep and
shoulder muscles expand from the strain and thicken.
Veins were all over the place running up her muscle,
over the front of each shoulder and onto her pecs.
Her arms and shoulders were slightly shiny (she was
sweating slightly from the effort) which made the size
and thickness of her muscles show out even more. The
contrast between the feminine lace trim on that shirt
and her thick, pumped, muscle moving up and down as it
worked to pick up the shelves was beyond belief. She
then noticed me, smiled and came over to say hello.
I told her, "Man, you're starting to scare me - you
look like you've put on multiple pounds of muscle!!!"
She then said, "Oh, you mean this?" and proceeded to
pull her right fist up to her shoulder slowly so that
I could see her muscle rise. She did this because
the library was mostly empty and wanted to "show off"
for the girls behind the counter. As this did this,
her muscle peaked (almost point-like) and the girls
clapped and yelled (softly because it was a library,
of course). She did this about three times and as she
did it, I watched that dress of hers carefully. It
was an absolute miracle that the thin lace trim around
her arm holes didn't tear as her shoulder flexed and
pumped. I told her that, she had better be careful to
avoid ripping her shirt and, with that, she showed me
a small tear in the lace trim on both arm holes where
resulted from the size of her muscles as they worked.
Then, one of the girls behind the counter said, "Hey,
Sleeveless, let's see what you got!!!!" With that, I
flexed my muscle for them and let them feel it. At
the same time she did the same and they gasped when
they felt hers. As an interesting aside, I was amazed
at the grip strength that some of these girls
possessed. It really hurt when some of them gripped
my muscle. One of the girls with arms about the size
of mine squeezed really hard and was able to push the
muscle in which she liked. I guess that girls are just
getting stronger all of the time. Since they all knew
me pretty well, one of the girls said to me "You've
got a ‘girl muscle' and she's got a ‘guy muscle' -
you'd better hit the weight room, Sleeveless". All of
this is true and I'm not making any of it up. We all
then laughed and the two of us walked toward the door.
As we walked she again thanked me for giving her the
self-confidence and encouragement to show (and not
hide) her muscles and that "like me" she had gotten
rid of all her clothes with sleeves and went
sleeveless all of the time. She then told me that
the few men which remained as employees of the library
were used to her now and any activities that required
large muscles and strength were given to her to do and
that she loved it since she was stronger and bigger
than all of the males. She said that she was
incredibly fascinated with this and, by her
estimation, her muscle was at least 1 inch bigger than
that of any of the males at the library. She said
that she had wanted to compared muscle size with them,
but none of them would do it! Also, she told me that,
one day, one of the newer guys came in wearing a
sleeveless muscle sweater just like mine (the dress
code at this small local library branch was really
easy). He had a pretty small muscle. "For fun" she
went up to the guy and asked him to flex. When he
reluctantly did, she flexed hard for him and her
muscle was around 2 inches bigger. She then said, "If
you're going to go sleeveless, you had better get
bigger than that!!! - I'm a girl and I just beat you!"
Needless to say, he never wore anything sleeveless
again.

We went to the same lunch place that we ate at last
time which had a number of outside tables. Since her
entire body was vastly more developed and muscular
than mine, she clearly assumed the "dominant" role
when we went out and carried the food tray, opened my
soda bottle for me (which I didn't have the strength
to do since it was on so darn tight like last time),
etc. She asked if I minded this and I said "No, it's
really kind of cool!!!!!" Even when she carried the
food tray (which was fairly light), her muscles pumped
up and flexed with really cool definition. We talked,
ate, and I soon finished (first). Interestingly, she
had ordered two(!) sandwiches which she said she
needed to maintain her muscle size and add more
muscle. She was working out on a four-day-on,
one-day-off routine with maximum weight in order to
add further size and thickness. She told me that, on a
per-weight-basis, she has surpassed a majority of the
men her size and weight in the gym in terms of muscle
size, density, and strength. They all hated this, but
she loved it (and so did I.) Because I was so "cool
with it", she also loved talking to me and enjoyed
being with me. She further stated that as a result
of the added muscle size, her vein development had
"gone crazy" and that she had some fairly big veins
running over the top of her muscle which most guys
thought was "gross" (I thought it was cool and a sign
of great power and female strength). With that
statement, she stopped eating and said "See..." - She
then pulled her right fist up to her bare shoulder and
flexed as hard as she could while keeping her arm at
her side. Next, she said "Watch my vein" - As I
watched in awe, the vein on her muscle grew larger and
larger from the strain (almost pencil-like in diameter
- no lie). I pushed it in gently and it immediately
popped back out. Because it looked like it would
going to burst, I told her to stop (with a smile) and
she did with a laugh. "See - I told you so..." she
indicated.

After she finished, I then said, "Now that you've
started, let's see your muscle again and how big you
can pump it up to be". She loved this and said,
"Check it out...." With that, she put her arm flat on
the table and began pumping her muscle as hard as she
could. I immediately put my hand on it and felt the
muscle as it bulged out into my hand and then
contracted. With my thumb and index finger, I
squeezed the muscle all over gently and it was rock
hard from front to back. With each "pump" the muscle
pushed up a little higher and her veins began to show
again. I felt the tendons like I had last time - the
one running from the rear of the muscle to under her
arm was amazing and felt kind of like the rubber fan
belt in a car (if that makes sense). I asked her how
she had developed her tendons to be so strong and
thick. Her doctor had told her that it was the result
of the use of very heavy weights or something like
that. Regardless of what caused it, I thought that it
was cool. She must have pumped her flex 20 times and
by the time she was finished, her muscle was huge,
thick, vascular. I couldn't even come close.

After this, she then said, "Sleeveless, now its your
turn". I did the same thing and pumped my flex as
hard as I could. She reached over and squeezed it
from one end to the other as I had and felt the small
tendons. However, after a few minutes, she said,
"Stop for a minute - I want to see something..."
Next, she told me to flex as hard as I could and hold
it. I did this and as I flexed she leaned over and
began to study the muscle all over and run her finger
over various parts of it (occasionally pushing it in).
This went on for awhile and soon my muscle got tired
and I had to relax it. I then said, "I'm curious -
what were you checking??" She also felt the thickness
of my tendons with her fingers. With that, she
started to tell me an interesting story. Basically,
she was now going to school a few nights a week to try
and work toward some kind of degree in physical
therapy. She told me that she loved muscles and the
body in general so she thought it would be cool to be
a physical therapist (or at least a therapist's
assistant). I told her this was really great and
asked what this had to do with my muscle. She
explained that one of her classes involved kinesiology
(spelling?) which apparently involves some kind of
study of the human muscle system and that she had to
write a paper on a topic of her choice as part of the
class. Then she told me a very interesting story
(again this is totally true). At her gym, she was
helping to train (fairly informally) some of the other
girls who admired her and wanted to become muscular.
One of these individuals involved an 18 year old girl
who had decided that wanted to become "as big and
muscular as possible and even bigger than the guys!!"
She put her on a six-day-a-week training schedule with
unbelievably heavy weights. This girl had incredible
determination and was sticking rigidly with the
program. Accordingly to Sandi, this girl was
achieving ungodly increases in muscle size and
strength and surpassed all of the guys her age at the
gym by a wide margin (of course, none of them would
talk to her now). This girl would do, for example,
endless curls until her muscle was so pumped and
swollen that it would not fit into her T-shirts any
more. As her muscle quickly developed, she grew (so
Sandi told me) number of really great vein that now
showed even when the muscle wasn't pumped. Sandi then
told to wear nothing but sleeveless so that she became
used to people looking at her muscle development (and
to also show off her power and size which she had
earned). Because you can go sleeveless all year
around here, the girl dumped all of her stuff with
sleeves (like me). By now, I was just dying to see
this girl!!!! Aside from developing a massive muscle
and thick pecs, her thighs were incredible (so I was
told) and she had to begin wearing "bike-shorts" to
the gym in order to give her muscles room to thicken
and expand while working.

The point of this story is that Sandi then made a
very unusual request. She told that me the paper
which she wanted to write involved a comparison
between an un-weight-trained male and a weight trained
female (with the further fact that the female was
around 4 - 5 years younger than the male). This
comparison would involve comparing muscle size,
thickness, hardness, vein development, tendon
thickness, and strength. Specifically, the size of
our muscles (biceps, delts, pecs, quads, calves, etc.)
would be carefully measured and compared. Next, a
number of muscle strength tests would be conducted in
the weight room to determine who was stronger and more
developed. Possibly pictures would be taken of the
muscles so that they could be compared both pumped and
unpumped. Finally, she said that, "If I was brave
enough" both the girl and I would go sleeveless to her
class one day and compare our muscles up close in
front of the class (there were only about 12 people in
the class [most females] so "I shouldn't feel too
self-conscious"). The goal of this study was to show
that, by lifting massive amounts of weight even a
younger girl can achieve bigger muscle development
that an older male by a very wide margin. She told me
that she was studying my flexed muscle in order to
compare it in her mind with the muscle of the girl.
She then smiled and said that the girl's muscle was
bigger, rounder and thicker than mine by about an inch
and a half and getting bigger all the time. Again,
this girl was lifting massive amounts of weight six
days a week. As a result of this, accordingly to
Sandi, "She was effectively converting her body into
that of a male" which would be shown in the article
from a muscle size and development standpoint. WOW!!
I didn't know what to say about this and told her that
I would have to think about it. She then said that,
"It would mean a lot to me if you would do it and that
she would really be grateful since it would probably
mean an "A" in the class. I told here that I would
let me know...I just wanted to "mull it over". She
then told me that the girl was anxious to do this and
"have muscle-to-muscle competition with a guy" to see
if she could beat a male.

With that, we walked back to the library and I said
goodbye (after one final flex from her as she walked
in). As I have stated above, the situation is totally
and absolutely true. Being so admiring of female
muscle, she probably thought that I wouldn't mind (and
I really don't because I think that muscular females
are incredible). However, I'm still not sure what to
do? Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated. If
you guys think that I should do it (and I get up the
courage) I will and post the results here. Also, If
you think that these accounts of my "adventures" are
too long or boring, please let me know!!!
