Samurai: The samurai is a very versatile character. They have skills ranging from basic attacks to healing abilities to stat boosters. Their main role however, is as a basic attacker. You will probably find yourself using them a lot for their throw gil ability. The samurai has excellent strength and evasion. All of the samurai's abilities are available to Paine when in her mascot dressphere.

Samurai's abilities:

• Throw Gil - Expend gil to damage the enemy.
• Mirror - Damages the enemy by the difference between your maximum and current HP.
• Exorcise - Damages one enemy's MP.
• Intercept - Stops an enemy's attack preperation.
• Sleepless Dream - Dispels an enemy's stat boosts.
• Light Shot - Damages one enemy.
• Supreme Shot - Damages all enemies.
• Training - Damage dependant on number of kills.
• Zantetsu - Instant death to an enemy with high chance of fail.
• True Zantetsu - Instant death to all enemies with high chance of fail.
• Unmatched - Raises attack and accuracy.
• Grand - Casts protect and shell.
• Restore - Heals HP and restores status effects.
• Hurricane - Raises evade and agility.
• SOS Critical - Always do critical damage when at low HP. (auto ability)
