Yuffie is a secret character which you get in a forest.

Yufie appears as a random encounter in forested areas only,the first of which is just north of Junon.She only appears about one battle in eight,so it'll take persistence,especially if you make the wrong comment when talking to her afterwards,and have to repeat the process.Beating her is simple,as she has only about 500 hp... It's what comes next that counts.Here's the list of things to say and do to get Yuffie:
1.Don't save your game at the save spot.
2.When she asks for a rematch,respond"Not Interest"
3.When she asks if you're afraid of her,say"...petrified"
4.When she says she's really going to leave,say"Wait a second"
5.When she asks if you want her to join you,say"That's right"
6.When you ask if you want to know her name,say"Let's hurry on" 
Mess up and she'll steal a few hundred gil from you, progressively larger amounts in later questions.She claims she's returned it when she joins you,but good 'ol Yuffie actually pockets half of it.It's not the last time she"ll steal from you,so get used to it!

Level 4:All Creation(Gain after when to Utai Pagoda and defeat the five guardians)
