Apricot-Strawberry Salad

2 tablespoons Orange juice
2 cups Boston lettuce leaves -- torn
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
3 medium apricots -- pitted/sliced
1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
1 cup Strawberries -- cut in half
1/8 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 ounces Feta cheese -- crumbled
2 teaspoons Olive oil

1. To prepare vinaigrette, in small bowl, combine orange juice, vinegar, basil and pepper; whisk in oil.

2. In large bowl, combine lettuce, apricots, strawberries and feta. Add vinaigrette; toss to mix well.
