Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup margarine (room temperature)
1 cup sugar substitute (Splenda is great)
3 large egg whites (room temperature)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt (or salt sub)
1/4 cup water (room temperature)
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips (I use artificially flavored ones

Cream margarine, sugar substitute at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla to creamed mixture and beat at medium speed for one minute.
Stir together flour, soda and salt, making sure to blend well. Add 1/4 cup water to creamed mixture along with flour mixture and mix at medium speed for one minute or until smooth.
Add chocolate chips to dough and mix lightly. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Press down lightly with fingers dipped in cold water to form circle about 2 inches

Bake at 375 degrees F. about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serving = 2 cookies
Exchange per serving---1 bread, 2 fat.
