2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter/marg.
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa
Mix all ingredients, and when it comes to a boil, let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and beat until thick enough to spread. This will ice the top and sides of a two layer cake.
