Damage - Her damage is alright on Normal, and on Hard, she should start with around 9 strength on level 1.
Critical - She comes with a Wo Dao that increases her critical rate by 40% and once you promote her with a Hero Crest, her critical rate increases by 30%. Add some supports to that for a VERY high critical rate.
Speed - She may not hit twice the moment you get her on Normal, but she should on Hard Mode and she should get to 20 speed by level 15 Myrmidon.
Dodge - The only thing you might worry about hitting her should be lances. Axes have almost no chance if any chance at all.
