Method to Acquire - On Chapter 10, Geese comes out of a village. Speak to him with Roy to recruit him.
Damage - It's pretty good to start off and will get a lot better. Still, he probably won't max it.
Critical - Berserkers get a 30% critical bonus and supports as well as good skill should put Geese to at least around 50.
Speed - Just like Dart, he'll start off low and get a lot higher.
Dodge - His dodge is pretty good. He averages 63, so on a Peak or in the Sea, he has an exceptional dodge.

Rating - 8.66/10. He's better then Gonzales in Normal and due to not getting a Hard Mode bonus, he's worse then him in Hard Mode. However, his ability to go in the water is more useful then Gonzales' ability to walk on Peaks since the Sea occurs more often and always has units coming out of them. It's a good idea to use both of them, but it is difficult to support them due to the fact that their supports are slow-building and with bad characters for the most part.
