Thany
The first and best Pegasus Rider you get in Fire Emblem 6.  On normal that is.  Her dodge is so high later on that you won't need to give her the Delphi Shield.  However, she isn't as good as any of the Pegasus Riders in Fire Emblem 7, but you'll have to deal with that.

Method to Acquire:  She joins your party after a certain number of turns in Chapter 2 with Dieck, Ward, and Lott.

Damage:  It starts off bad, but it does get better.  Still, you shouldn't rely too much on that.

Speed:  Speed demon!  Runs circles around every enemy unit, and that's all that saves her later on in the game.

Dodge:  The enemy can't touch her, even with Bows.  However, early on, her dodge isn't very impressive so don't charge out the moment you get her into the enemy.

Critical:  It's a pretty good rate, if you want it higher then give her supports with Tate and keep a Critical increasing weapon on her.
