Ward
For those of you who didn't catch it in my Fire Emblem 7 section, I hate axe-wielding characters.  Most enemies in the beginning of the game have axes, so your starting axe-wielders get no weapon advantage.  As it is, most axe-wielding characters have a low hit % and speed to start.

Method to Acquire:  After a few turns in Chapter 2, Dieck appears with Ward, Lott, and Thany in tow.
Damage:  His damage turns out very high, after all, he uses an axe.
Critical:  His critical is nothing special.
Speed:  It's not good.  He has an axe.  Thus, he sucks.
Dodge:  No speed, no luck, no dodge.  Very simple.

Rating:  8.35/10.  While I seem rather harsh on Ward above, he doesn't turn out that bad.  Of course, when you have Gonzales, Geese, and Bartre, why would you use Ward?
