Method to Acquire: Wendy starts off in the top left corner in Chapter 8 with Barth and Ojay as a playable character.
Damage - She'll deal alright damage, it'll probably be higher then Barth's but lower then Bors' and Douglas'.
Critical - With Bors and possibly Lilina support, Wendy should have a critical of between 25 and 35 without a critical increasing weapon. Also, a Triangle Attack's first hit by you will always be a critical.
Speed - Out of all the Generals, Wendy has the best speed, and she should max it every time.
Dodge - Strangely, she has an average dodge of around 67, which is very good for a General. However, like all the Generals, she won't take much damage either.
