Method to Acquire - Break the stone wall in the top left of Chapter 16 and speak to him with Miledy to recruit him.
Damage - Zeiss deals massive damage, even when you just get him. On Hard Mode, he'll start with around 18 strength and on Normal he'll have 14.
Critical - Give him Miledy support and a Killer Lance to watch it shoot up. The only problem is that his only decent support is with Miledy.
Speed - This is probably one of his lower stats. He'll probably hit every enemy once for the whole game.
Dodge - His dodge isn't good at all, but he has enough defense to take any hits. Just keep him away from those spellcasters.

Rating - 8.9/10. He is really good and can turn out better then Miledy, but he's a hassle to train and has only one quick support, which sucks for a unit that comes so late in the game.
