Other Comments: Paul has been a crucial part of the teams development from the word go, with great strategies for the new players game styles in the nets. Pauls ability to take the game away from the other team is absolutely amazing; he gets himself in the zone when batting, and when that happens watch out other team. Paul is one of those rare talents that dont come around too often, not just for his batting, but all around performances on and off the field. He always encourages the team to play at their best with some great team and individual feedback. I personally like the way Paul will talk you through your innings when you are batting with him, which promotes confidence for all that bat with him. Team attitude towards cricket in general is greatly accepted within our tight knit team, and we appreciate everything Paul has done for the team. Congratulations Paul on a great Season with the Rangers

Paul The Plug Joseph continues to be a central figure of the Rangers cricket club. The  team vice captain after the injury of Asa Smibert this year, his leadership both on and off the field has been invaluable, always willing to off er encouragement or tactical advice in either context. Although his dabbles at captaincy have been fruitless thus far, it is a role this humble school teacher-by-week, batting maestro-come-Saturday will no doubt fill to great success in years to come.

Paulies season was highlighted by his magnificent 160 against St Barts. The highest score ever amounted by a Ranger, the 173-ball knock contained an amazing 10 sixes he was certainly in the elusive zone. Paulies offies have also been unleashed during the season, claiming several handy wickets. Im sure Mr Josephs students have been regaled with many a tale from another great season.
