This is the Animated Gif that I have done using the Photoshop Elements program. I never knew that Photoshop could actually do animations. I focused on a person holding 2 guns and then made it seem that it was moving his arms up with the guns and then shooting them. I find this a cool feature in Photoshop, especially for effects and stuff.
